Pastor Encouragement Moments

These are brief 5–10 minute pauses between preaching sessions designed to speak directly to the pastor’s heart without becoming another full session. Each moment will include a short devotional encouragement followed by a door-prize giveaway.

Possible Thursday Discussion Rooms

These topics are based on the original pastor survey. Final breakouts will depend on registration numbers. If a particular track does not have enough participation to make a separate room worthwhile, related topics may be combined into one stronger discussion.

Friday Pastors’ Roundtable

Friday brings everyone back together for one main-group conversation rather than repeating Thursday’s breakouts.

Attendees will have an opportunity to submit questions anonymously during the conference. Questions may come to mind during preaching, discussion, meals, or fellowship. Selected questions and recurring themes can then help shape Friday’s roundtable.

The final anonymous-question method will be announced at the conference.

Why Individual Registration?

Different people in the same family or church group may attend different sessions, meals, or Thursday discussion options. Individual registration gives us a much clearer picture of who plans to be present when.

If another person decides to attend later, simply submit a new registration for that person. Please avoid registering the same person more than once.

Bro. Ellis Ivey

Bro. Ellis Ivey serves as Worship Pastor at the West Campus of Abilene Baptist Church in the Augusta area. His ministry centers on leading God's people in worship and using music to point hearts toward Christ.

He will serve as worship leader throughout the 2026 KBA Pastors Conference, leading congregational worship during the main sessions and helping create an atmosphere of spiritual encouragement and refreshing for pastors and church leaders.

Bro. Jimmy Caudill

Bro. Jimmy Caudill is a gospel singer from Walkertown, North Carolina, with a heart for ministering to God's people through song.

Throughout the conference, Bro. Jimmy will provide special music during the main sessions, complementing the congregational worship and preaching with songs intended to encourage pastors, church leaders, and their families.

Bro. Mason Davis

Bro. Mason Davis brings decades of pastoral, associational, interim, and church-health experience. He earned a Doctor of Ministry degree with a Church Health specialization from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and his doctoral work focused on helping churches develop strategies for healthy growth.

He has served as pastor of multiple churches, as Growth/Ministries Director for Macon Baptist Association, and as Associational Missionary for the Hephzibah and Kilpatrick Baptist Associations. His ministry has included church revitalization, interim pastorates, leadership development, and helping struggling churches move toward greater health.

He is also the author of Pioneers on a New Frontier, Church Revitalization in the 21st Century.

Bro. Ken Cloud

Bro. Ken Cloud is a veteran pastor, associational leader, and evangelist whose ministry has spanned more than five decades. His years of service have included extensive pastoral ministry as well as fourteen years as Director of Missions for the Bowen Baptist Association in Bainbridge, Georgia, where he ministered alongside pastors and churches throughout Southwest Georgia.

After his years in associational leadership, Bro. Ken continued serving in pastoral ministry before more recently entering a new season of full-time evangelism through Palms of Victory. He continues preaching revival meetings and encouraging churches with a strong emphasis on biblical faithfulness, perseverance, revival, and trusting the Lord through difficult seasons of life and ministry.

His many years as a pastor, associational leader, and evangelist give him a heart not only for the local church, but especially for the pastors who faithfully serve them.
