*Devils have doctrines too!
1Ti_4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
The word WIND in Eph. 4 is also used in the following passages to illustrate that it is a CONTRARY wind meant to CAUSE you to get OFF COURSE or DEPART FROM THE FAITH!!!
